An Inspirational Thought
by Catherine Pulsifer
Nine people were discussing a business problem.
The challenge they were facing was not there fault; it was circumstances beyond their control that resulted in this problem.
The problem was identified, and they were discussing what they were going to do about it. “What will we do,” asked one of them. One person immediately said, “There is nothing we can do.” That response was unacceptable to the rest of the group and acted as a spark of action. “Yes, there is something we can do!” replied two of them in unison. It was at that point that their minds started to work coming up with solutions.
We are all faced with challenges at some point in our life, challenges that we did not create. Challenges that happened beyond our control. The difference is how we respond to these challenges. You can adopt the attitude there is nothing you can do, or you can see the challenge as your call to action.
As Norman Vincent Peale said,
“Become a ‘possibilitarian’.
No matter how dark things seem to be or actually are, raise your sights and see the possibilities-
Always see them, for they are always there.”

Only the mediocre die always at their best. Real leaders are always improving–and raising their bar on how superbly they can perform and how quickly they can move. – by Jean Giraudoux
Model is about creating an environment and culture where everyone needs to show leadership.
Everyone needs to drive innovation.
Everyone needs to inspire their teammates.
Everyone needs to embrace change.
Everyone needs to take responsibility for results.
Everyone needs to be positive.
Everyone needs to become devoted to expressing their absolute best.
Knowing is not enough, you must apply
Knowing is not enough, you must learn
Knowing is not enough, you must see
Knowing is not enough, you must relive it
Knowing is not enough, you must experience
Knowing is not enough, you must touch
Knowing is not enough, you must communicate
Knowing is not enough, you must share

Let’s ask ourselves an important question: What are YOU here to do? What’s your specific vocation or mission in life? We all have one. What’s yours?
Are you? Clear? Write it down! Live it!
Repetition is the mother of success. Let your thoughts flow freely and repeat an image in your mind and set out to do something no matter big or small. There are many people who never put thoughts into action and they let their thoughts flow by in a smoke. Life is suppose to be an adventure doing something that challenges met you. Never be comfortable leading the life you are leading without ever touching realities. Comfort kills. Hardship nurture you into a fighter.

In all the world’s best minds, the debate is still always won and lost. There will be a time you have to face the future with a lot of uncertainties but to overcome this obstacles, we all are suppose to believe in what we want in life rather than depending on illusion that is blurry.
We all have a dream, far greater than that but what stopped us is because we were supposed to realize the reality of life. It might hold true to this day but life is suppose to be a betterment of our future rather than hiding our talent of weakness that is always stopping us. Face the weakness head on and convert into positive action that it might be a realization that everyone dared to dream. So many poverty out there and we should be contented with life what is offered to us. But it doesn’t mean we are all born useless and down to earth. Every step along the way can lead us to becoming a genius of life if we want to dream further.
But yet I still believe that there are much greater opportunities out there in this whole wide world. Vast opportunity abounds if we are willing to grab hold of what we want. Cling to life outside with open mind not inside inner emotional self. Meeting changes will lead us to improvement and vision that is far greater than what our conscious mind might tell us to.
We are all capable of believing things, which we know to be untrue, and then, when we are finally proved wrong, impudently twisting the facts so as to show that we were right. Intellectually, it is possible to carry on this process for an indefinite time: the only check on it is that sooner or later a false belief bumps up against solid reality, usually on a battlefield.
Am still in training to train my limit beliefs. It is one of the hardest and noblest tools to conquer the belief system. There are alot of limit decision/beliefs to a vary degree depending on what obstacles you have faced recently.
Now I have come to find myself to have a limit beliefs whenever there are roadblocks in my mindset or a path that seems no point of return once action is taken. Might as well dare or move on. *grinning from side to side* Or the people I have met recently that looks so larger than life. Looks like I got a lot of going in me. Gotta see what are the challenges coming along on how to unlimit my beliefs. Now it requires alot of life’s experience to be able to experience the power of unlimiting the limiting decision of my life. Therefore I am in charge of my decision, my thoughts, my mindset and finally my courage self. It takes a great leap of faith within me.
Now I am learning to relax and see the world with positive mindset. Happiness will flow with me. Woohoo..
Clear screen, swish. I am off to bed. Yahoooo…. shhh.. *chuckles*
Now I am at a threshold of believing in what I want in life. I will not major in minor things anymore. I am going to get what I want which I haven’t gotten before 6 years ago during my university years in Australia, Brisbane. I am going to revive it once more.
I am now redesigning my life’s plan once again because there are some things in life I gotta complete before going to the next plan no matter how much it would takes me to achieve as long as I believe in what I want and no more lousy B.S (intimating from Cayden) which means “Belief System” not bullshitting (I bet everyone thought the word “BULLSHIT”). Now I am forming a mental picture what it is like to own an empire one day. That is my anchor techniques to motivate me to greater heights.
From now, my mind can absorb a lot of pictures and am able to imagine what I haven’t thought so before. I am glad I unlocked my mindset to see a greater possibilities. I have came to realized that success and failure are not overnight experiences. It’s all the small decisions along the way that cause people to fail. It’s failure to follow up. It’s failure to take action. It’s failure to persist. It’s failure to manage our mental and emotional states. It’s failure to control what we focus on.
Fast forward to now… Only action allows me to learn what it means to find an answer within. An hour means a lot to me.
I just received an email from my life coach with the file attachment of an example of My Life Plans. OMG!! It just opened my world of possibilities to face against the giants of IMPOSSIBLE dreams. I will be hacking my mind step by step with training by seeing events of thoughts. Now I believe no goal is too big or too small to achieve in life if you wish to finally taste the bitterness of success no matter what age you are in now. I am in for a long arduous journey.
One day when I age, I will sing my final swansong about my life’s goals that will be a legend known to many. This will encourage me to dream much further. Dreams must be alive not dead. I have read so many self-development books and I have never come across a “MY LIFE PLAN” worksheet that I need to take ACTION. Give up or die trying.
I believe I have a choice to make.
Thoughts to share: Never let yesterday disappointment overshadow tomorrow’s dream.
